Pittsburgh's first-ever Solar Concert Series features lunchtime performances by SLB-selected singer/songwriters in the plaza in front of the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh every Wednesday at noon throughout July and August. All amplification is provided via a solar-powered sound system! This series is presented by the Children’s Museum, The Saturday Light Brigade and The New Hazlett Theater.

Performers include Morgan Stewart(7/2), Steven Foxbury (7/9), Hallie Pritts (7/16), Buddy Nutt & Ukulizzy (7/23), Nicole Reynolds (7/30), Emily Rodgers (8/6), James Hart and Carrie Battle (8/13), Nick Hohman and Pillars (8/20) and Greg Dutton (8/27).

After a long departure, the Artist's Live Podcasts have made a return.
Drawing on a backlog of months of performances, 3 podcasts have been released in the past two weeks. They include performances from Buddy Nutt, Guaranteed Irish, and Cowboy Poets Oscar Auker and mentor Russ Knox. More are still on the way. You can find the podcasts listed in the listen section of our website under Artist's Live in the podcast section on the right.

We're sad to report that Bill Lucker, 46, longtime SLB producer/cohost, passed away February 20th after a courageous fight against brain cancer. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Thanks to the Post-Gazette for its article on Bill all who have signed its online guest book.
