You’re invited to join us for our end-of-the-year Spring Showcase on Thursday, 5/21 (5 – 8 pm) as part of Remake Learning Days.

This free and family-friendly event will feature live performances by teens, crafts, and an array of treats and snacks as we celebrate the past year at the Youth Media Center. Students are welcome to record a reflection of their year at the YMC and leave their signature on our banner as we reflect on the past school year and celebrate the soon-arriving summer. 

The theme for our Spring Showcase is bugs! Costumes are encouraged — come dressed as your favorite 6 (or 100) legged creature or build a pair of antennas at our craft station.

Families and friends can try out our recording activities and rock out to our featured teen performers: Piecewise, The Babes, and Bottle Rocket. This event is a great opportunity for teens interested in music to hear the work of their peers and consider their own creative expression. Students who are interested in performing and don’t know where to start are welcome to join us at this special showcase event. These events can be a fun and engaging way to see how your art can be a vital and vibrant addition to your community.
