The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust presents “runt,” a one man play by award-winning, Canadian/Jamaican writer/actor Michael Phillip Edwards. “runt” is a powerful autobiographical story of one man’s journey from cowering child to an autonomous man. Jackie Jonas and Middle Passage

Jackie Jonas joins us to preview her benefit performance of Middle Passage. This evening of stories and music celebrates the Black American experience and features drumming, gospel music, original and traditional stories. Jackie will be joined by Middle Passage singer Raphael Kelly. Proceeds from this performance, held at the Union Project in Highland Park.
