New Years Hopes
Look for six new SLB StoryBoxes featuring the voices of sixty children expressing their hopes for 2011 at First Night Pittsburgh. Created in conjunction with The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and the Hear Me project, these StoryBoxes will be installed at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust Arts Education Center, 805/807 Liberty Avenue, Downtown from New Year’s Eve through late January.
King For a Day: A Tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr.
Hear the words of Dr. King brought to life in voices from all over Pittsburgh and recordings of Dr. King himself recorded during this five hour tribute at the Children’s Museum in Pittsburgh. Hosted by The Saturday Light Brigade.
Scoped Airchecks
The Saturday Light Brigade airs live from 6 am to noon Eastern on Saturday mornings. SLB is available to non-commercial radio stations in weekly free-standing increments of one to six hours for live or time-delayed broadcast. A variety of program distribution technologies are available.
