Young artists and families of Pittsburgh Montessori gathered in the theatre of the Children’s Museum to celebrate their work. The “One School: Many Faces, Many Places” exhibit featured self-portraits, mud-paintings, and collage work. We welcomed these young artists into our studios to talk about their experience and share their artistic philosophies as well as their creative methods.

With the weather being as cold as it’s been, we asked King students to imagine that tomorrow will be a beautiful summer day – for the last time ever. How would they spend one final day of sunshine before Pittsburgh fell into some kind of eternal winter?
