Propel Montour: Afterschool Radio Broadcasting Club
New at Neighborhoodvoices: Julianne, Latasia and Jasmine are students in the 4th and 5th grade at Propel Montour. Together, the three girls make up Propel Montour’s Afterschool Radio Broadcasting Club.
