Winners of the 2011 Gilda’s Club Teen Writing Contest joining us to share excerpts from their winning pieces. Gilda’s Club is a warm and welcoming place where men, women, teens, and children diagnosed with cancer, and family and friends, join with others to build social, emotional and informational support as a supplement to medical care.

Luke Grasha, 15, is a singer-songwriter and student at Gateway High School. His debut album, Fading Portraits, was recorded at age 14 and released earlier this year.
