Students from CAPA's Literary Arts department visited the Youth Media Center for CAPAccino, a showcase featuring live readings of original work, student mcees hosting, as well as a reading and Q&A with special guest writer, Lauren Woods.

Students from City Charter High School‘s LEAP Program record artist statements for their End-of-Year Showcase. During this trip they also conducted their own interviews with each other about personal expression and future plans.

Media students from Upper St. Clair High School traveled to the Youth Media Center to tell stories about their school in roundtable discussions and through creating a collaborative zine, and to learn the basics of audio production to start their own podcast

After several school visits, Propel Hazelwood and Propel Northside students piloted a revival of the Radio Pen Pal program. On the 17th of December, students traveled to the Youth Media Center and participated in a joint field trip to meet their pen pals and celebrate all of the audio they recorded.
