Youth Opportunities at SLB

Our new Youth Media Center on Pittsburgh’s Northside features five studios, digital editing equipment, field gear, mentors and more to amplify youth voices in Pittsburgh and beyond. Program slots are now open for middle and high school students in southwestern Pennsylvania eager to:

  • Share original writing or music
  • Host a podcast
  • Produce documentaries and editorials
  • Explore and speak-out on issues of social justice
  • Edit audio and video for broadcast
  • Learn about technology and techniques for all of the above

Most programs are free and some include the opportunity to earn stipends and awards. No experience required. Interested? Apply now!
