Directions/Parking These directions will help you get from where you are to the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh. Once you're at the museum, we are located in the Theatre on the lower level. Admission to the theatre is free! After visiting our studios feel free to tour the rest of the museum by purchasing a wristband at the front desk near the entry of the museum. Coming from: Downtown Pittsburgh the East and Monroeville the South and West Route 28, Fox Chapel and the Butler area the North, North Hills and Cranberry area Route 65 and Ohio River Boulevard Pittsburgh International Airport Public Transportation PAT bus route 54C stops in front of the Children’s Museum. Car Parking Car parking is available in the Museum’s two parking lots (See map link above.) Metered parking is available near the Museum. Parking is also available in the Allegheny Center Garage, Gate 4. The garage is closed on weekends.
