Point Park University Summer In The City Discover Your Radio Voice On June 26 2006, fifteen individuals completed a continuing education class that took place over three Monday evenings. Entitled “Discover Your Radio Voice”, the class provided direction in topics including mic technique, writing for the ear, and public speaking. The original monologues presented here, written and voiced in the studio as a final project, gave students an opportunity to hear their own voice in a new way. Country life, diamond shopping, public transportation, teaching, and even the weather lent inspiration to just a few of these well-spoken pieces.
